Some people will tell you that all the vitamins that you need is also in the food that you eat and we are not here to tell you otherwise.

Get Enough Sleep
Of course, you can work out and eat the right food. You could also pair it with the right amount and kind of vitamins.
But all of this will be for nothing if you are not getting enough sleep.
When you sleep, this is the time when your body is processing all the vitamins that you stored into your body.
It is also the time when your body is able to rejuvenate. If you don’t get enough rest, you won’t have enough energy to perform well during workout.
Take note that workout is most effective when your body is in its best form. This can only be achieved if you have enough rest.
Go Out for A Walk
One of the reasons people who like to go outside are healthier than homebodies is because they get sunlight.
You cannot underestimate the importance of sunlight or vitamin D in your body. Sure, you already have vitamins for that but when it comes to this kind of vitamins, you just can’t get enough.
Even if you practically consume this type of vitamins orally, it would still be a good idea to get up early in the morning and then go for a walk where you can encounter healthy sunlight.
Drink Plenty of Water
These days, many people have gotten so used to drinking too much soda and very little water.
You may not notice the effective immediately but this is bad for your body in the long haul. Most of our physiology is made out of water. This is why when we become insufficient with regards to water, we experience all sorts of illnesses.
The best thing to do would be to make it a habit to drink water every day. Try to make it a habit to drink at least 6 glasses of water every single day.
You need to avoid this as much as you can. Sugar can include cereal, chocolate, candy, cake, and many more.
There is nothing wrong with eating this kind of food but you need to keep it at a minimum. You can perhaps eat a slice of cake when you are at a party but you have to make sure that you only do it rarely. Do not make a habit out of it.
If you really want to make your feet a bit sweeter, you could use natural sweeteners like honey for example.
What we mean by this is that you should take oral medicines that are a bit organic instead of having to push for the stuff often found in the drug store.
You could drink tea or other stuff like that.
What happens when you go organic is that you will be able to avoid future illnesses. Medicine might be curated for curing illnesses but it can also have side effects. The worst part about this is that it can have side effects that you can barely notice. It just sticks inside your body. Before you know it, you will grow illnesses that have not been discovered before and you will have very little chance of survival.
